A friend of mine gave me this idea. I mentioned something about manips to him, and all he could think of was a fairy skipping through flowers chanting "Manip Manip Manip" in a high squeaky voice.. it was something like that. :D Anyway, I decided to make it into a stamp for the heck of it.
